Shipping Policy

Good Business, operated by Kheewa Incorporation, is a digital marketplace that connects shopkeepers, manufacturers, and creators. We do not sell, warehouse, or ship any physical products ourselves, and no physical shipping process applies to any Good Business app.

1. What Good Business does

Our apps help a business get discovered by creators, and help a creator find businesses to promote. Any product shown, reviewed, or promoted by a creator belongs to the business, not to Good Business.

2. Products sold by shops or manufacturers on the network

If a shopkeeper or manufacturer using Good Business sells a physical product directly to a customer, that sale, and any delivery or shipping arrangement, is between the business and its customer. Good Business is not a party to that transaction and does not handle packing, shipping, or delivery on their behalf.

3. Digital features

Any paid feature offered directly by Good Business — such as a promoted listing, subscription, or campaign booking — is digital and activated in the relevant app. There is nothing to ship, and no shipping charges apply.
